The presentation before our fans in the LV edition of the Festa d'Elx Trophy ended with victory for our people. In the penalty shootout we managed to beat Villarreal and thus win the Lady of Elche trophy. A nice way to start the new course in our parish.
But resorting to clichés, in the preseason any excessive conclusion is misleading. Our goal must be to continue preparing with the intensity and enthusiasm that we have been doing these weeks and reach the start of the league with maximum strength to face a tough, but exciting year at the same time.
Furthermore, the anecdote of the evening was meeting up with former colleagues with whom we really enjoyed working together and who are also excellent people. Juan Carlos, Villarreal goalkeeper who was on our team, it is always a pleasure to welcome you to what was your home and we wish you the best in your career.
