The adventure that began that summer in Austria, back in 2017, Victor began to indicate that he was not going to be just anyone. Since that day of rafting, integrating all of us in a project that had only just begun, it was the preamble to a wonderful stage in our lives. Your presence in this successful Leeds chapter cannot be expressed without using the words “passion and love” for this club. Something of what you have transmitted to each of us who have been part of this family during these 6 seasons. You have helped all of us to create a modern structure in our departments, to worry about us and our families.
Your position as sports director has not been that of the suit, but that of the tracksuit. The one who cares and deals so that we can all grow personally and professionally. In short, as I have stated in many settings, I came here knowing the sports director with whom I shared a season in Elche, and you leave being a brother for life.
Honestly, there is no way to thank you for this experience and especially for the luck of having done it with you.
I would wish you luck, but I only hope you are healthy, because luck will be for those who offer you the opportunity to implement your project elsewhere.
I dare to borrow some phrases that represent you:
“A man who has not gone through the hell of his passions, he has never overcome them. Ultimately, the greatness of your success will be measured by the size of your effort. It is only possible to progress when you think big, it is only possible to advance when you look far away.”
Forever in my heart and that of my family.
