The UEFA European Under-21 Championship for our Leeds United goalkeepers is a fantastic setting to share experiences and experience the best football of their generation.
Some of them will have more, less minutes, but the important thing is to have become part of their national teams.
In all these years working at the club, we have tried to help them believe in their potential, and now when we see all of them at the top of European football, we are proud to see them and find in them the vitamin for all the other goalkeepers who come from the lower categories with that potential.
It is about continuing to believe in a process, in a method and investing in human resources to continue developing young talent.
