We all have an element that moves us and makes us lose track of time, flowing and enjoying every moment. Children have amusement parks. In reality, we all have our own amusement park that we enjoy as children. And then we let ourselves go, our emotions are roller coasters and we marvel at the spectacle that sport, our partner, our family offers us... and we give the best of each one of us. Because we all have something that awakens our PASSION.

Passion is that energy that goes from the inside out, which helps maintain levels of willpower, satisfaction and enthusiasm for what we do. It is the engine of action. If you add work to passion, the result is SUCCESS.

To understand what the path to our own success is like and to know how a passionate person works, we prepared this post for you, today with the invaluable collaboration of Marcos Abad (@marcosabad_EDP), goalkeeper coach and source of energy at Elche CF.

1. WHAT ELEMENTS ARE KEY ON THE PATH TO MY OWN SUCCESS?
Firstly, we must understand the need to enjoy the processthe path to our success.

If we want to progress on this path, it will help us to always keep our objectives in mind, breaking them down into small achievable objectives. Work with self-discipline and willpower to achieve them. In this way, we will generate the confidence necessary to understand each failure as part of learning and our growth.
Furthermore, there is something that will make each step of the way more enjoyable and give us strength to take the next one. The soundtrack of our days must sound on positive notes, “I am ready”, “I can do it”, “let's get it”…
They say that if you walk alone, you will get there faster; If you walk accompanied, you will go further«. We work, we study, we dedicate ourselves body and soul to our growth and our professional, sporting or academic improvement. However, it is vital that we remember who is with us on the path, who gives us support, with whom we enjoy the small pleasures of life, let go of burdens and are simply happy. Let's dedicate time to our people, they are vital in our path. We are not as important as individuals and we are when we create synergies.

«You will do different things, you will try to differentiate yourself, however, do not feel guilty. Your choice is yours and for that reason alone it deserves to be respected. – Marcos Abad
2. WHAT DOES MARCOS ABAD THINK ABOUT WHEN DESIGNING A TASK?
The Creativity is a substantial axis when designing the sessions. Find the key that allows the reflective system to work, hit the 'stop' in this teaching-learning process and manage to integrate new knowledge in a meaningful way, what is known as Piaget's "significant learning."
The tasks are created based on the game model that the coach proposes (depending on what best fits each squad). To this, Marcos adds an exhaustive analysis of the rival, knowing in depth the tactical structures that characterize him, to recreate them in the tasks and generate cognitive patterns that optimize the responses of his goalkeepers in this case.
La technology It will be very useful for us to transmit pre-session information to the players while they are at home, changing in the locker room or even in the gym.
Speaking of the gym, Marcos is also in charge of preparing his goalkeepers at a high level. conditional, adapting the work to the specific demands of competition, with 3D and 4D movements, with preventive work, imbalances, stabilizers and power, as we have seen in the previous video.
In short, we must attend to all the details that can enrich our work. In a creative way, we must grow and improve, we must live it, helped by competitiveness, enthusiasm and passion. This is not something exclusive to sport, but we can apply it to any job and in any area of our lives, it is just a matter of finding 'our element'. Here we leave you an example of a baker who walks the path to success every day.

3. WHAT IS THE TIME TO CARRY OUT THE TASK?
Many coaches know of the need for tasks to reproduce competition situations to anticipate and generate responses more effectively and efficiently.
However, we want to go a little further. There is a determining factor in performance (sports, academic, work...) that we can see in Marcos' video and that he himself explains:
«There is an element in the tasks that must flourish and it is a very economical resource, it is about smile and make them have fun. It will take you to empathize with others. You have to live each session, each task, each repetition, as if it were your last. That the one you made is no longer useful and that the best is yet to come.«
Going out of our way in every task, yes, we, the coaches. Because it is incoherent to ask for intensity and passion while sitting with your arms crossed. Because we must set an example and create that work environment appropriate.
4. WHAT DO I DO WHEN THE TASK IS FINISHED?
Our work does not end with the last task. Post-workout is the ideal time for reflection and the feedback that the protagonists transmit to you (what you see, what you hear, what you intuit, what they tell you...). We are used to imposing too much, instead of hear and perceive the sensations of the players (or workers).
If we want to improve, grow, we must never stop. Study, analyze and reflect It will continually help us build confidence in our work. And when difficulties and bad results come (because not everything depends on us), we will be prepared to live with them, act and solve the problems.
DEFINITIVELY…
If you are determined to walk the path to your success, look for your element, charge yourself with passion. Lean on optimistic and positive messages that allow you to see circumstances from another prism and focusing on what depends on you. Surround yourself with your people and take care of your surroundings, because they will guide you if you ever get lost along the way. Work, and do it with intensity, live every moment taking care of the details and giving your best. You may make mistakes, but that is part of your growth. Be creative and don't be afraid to be different, and remember... THE BEST IS YET TO COME!
